Text Message Terms

The short version: we only text you if you tick the box. We never sell or share your number. You can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP.

How you sign up

You join by ticking the text box on our form, the one you reach by scanning the QR code at our counter. There is one box, and it starts unchecked. If you don't tick it, we don't text you. Ticking it is never required, and it is never a condition of any purchase, reward or discount.

By ticking the box you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Davis Fine Jewelry and Repair at the mobile number you gave us.

What we send

Offers & specials. Promotions, seasonal deadlines, reward reminders and news from the shop.

Review requests. After a visit, a request to review us. We ask everyone who has signed up, and we never offer anything in return for a review.

Check-up reminders. A reminder when it's time for a watch battery, a ring cleaning and prong check, or other upkeep on a piece you brought in.

One box covers all of these. You can stop all of them at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

How often

Up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency varies. We text between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday, and never on Sunday.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge you for these texts, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop immediately, with no questions asked, and you'll get one final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed. You can rejoin anytime by replying START or asking us at the counter.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and effective transmission.

Your privacy

How we handle your number and information is in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share it for anyone else's marketing.
