The short version: we collect only what we need to take care of you and your jewelry. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number for anyone else's marketing.

What we collect

Your name, your mobile number and email if you give them, your answers on our visit form (what you came in for, how you heard about us, roughly what you spent), and details about any piece you bring in for repair.

How we use it

To take care of your repair or purchase, to honour your in-store reward, and, only if you ticked the text box, to send the text messages described in our Text Message Terms. We don't use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the shop and send messages (for example, our text-messaging provider and the company that hosts our customer list), and only so they can do that work for us. We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we never share it for anyone else's advertising.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
